Sabih is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is undergoing training to become an internationally certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Sabih grew up playing cricket and loves to take part in bodybuilding competitions. He specializes in strength and functional training, endurance training, fat loss and injury prevention.

Atiq started working out at the early age of 17. He likes to push clients out of their comfort zone and creatively combine various work out methods to guide clients towards a fit and healthy life style. Atiq is passionate about music and fitness, and as a 24-year-old, brings a load of energy to the gym!
